Dr. Taylor Johannigman, Fear Free Certified
"I grew up in Cincinnati and began working at Lewis Animal Hospital as a veterinarian assistant when I was fourteen years old. I loved working with the animals, clients, and veterinarians at Lewis so much that I remained a veterinarian assistant through high school and then during summers when I was home from my undergraduate studies at UNC Chapel Hill. Following graduation from UNC, I attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and earned my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. I spent a year in Athens, GA working at a spay/neuter clinic at Athens Area Humane Society. My wife and I wanted to move back to Ohio to be closer to family and I am so excited to have the opportunity to rejoin the Lewis Animal Hospital family. I look forward to expanding my veterinary skills and providing high quality veterinary care to the pets of Lewis Animal Hospital. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and participating in dryland mushing sports with our four huskies (Nikos, Ziva, Rizzo, and Malarkey). We are supervised at home by two cats, Pancake and Marie Elyse."
