Alicia Howard

Veterinary Technician

Alicia is one of the dedicated veterinary technicians at Lewis Animal Hospital. She has been with our clinic since 2010. She studied at Winthrow University and Brown Mackie College. Alicia has two beloved cats: Little Bit and Patches.


Celia Hoskins

Veterinary Technician

Celia is one of Lewis Animal Hospital’s dedicated veterinary support staff. She is a veterinary technician, earning her degree from University of Cincinnati. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from UC. Celia has previously been employed at Kennel Resorts and All Creatures Animal Hospital. She is married to Ben Hoskins and is the proud owner of a pit bull mix, two cats and a skunk named Otis.


K'eniya Redding

Veterinary Technician

K’eniya attended North College Hill High School in North College Hill, Ohio. She also studied at the Diamond Oaks Career Campus in Cincinnati for veterinary assisting. Additionally, K’eniya participated in the Veterinary Technology Program at the Bradford School in Columbus, Ohio.

Prior to working as a Veterinary Technician at Lewis Animal Hospital, K’eniya worked for a mobile dog grooming service. K’eniya’s pet family includes two dogs.


Alex Little

Veterinary Assistant

Alex has recently joined the Lewis Animal Hospital team as a veterinary assistant. He is studying biology, chemistry and Spanish at Xavier University and hopes to go to Vet School in the future. Alex enjoys swimming, reading and writing and has a Betta Fish name Finn and a cat named Ginger.


Abigail Smith

Veterinary Assistant

Abigail is a Veterinary Assistant at Lewis Animal Hospital. Also, she is currently a student at Xavier University in Cincinnati. Prior to her joining the staff at the hospital, Abigail worked at New Morning School Summer Science Camp. When she is not working or studying, Abigail enjoys spending time with her dog named Murphy.


Amandine Soreefan

Veterinary Assistant

Amandine’s current position as a Veterinary Assistant at Lewis Animal Hospital is the first opportunity that she has had to work at a veterinary office. She is also a student at the University of Cincinnati where she is majoring in Biology and minoring in Psychology and Chemistry. Amandine has a brother named Evan, and a cat named Arya.


Anne Chalmers

Veterinary Assistant

Anne is one of our newest members to the Lewis Animal Hospital team and is hoping to go to vet school. She has 2 horses, Angel and Uno, a dog named Frodo and a cat named Luna.


Julianne Whitis

Veterinary Assistant

Julianne has been part of our veterinary assistant team since September of 2016 while she currently attending the University of Cincinnati for Veterinary Technology. She has 2 dogs, a shepherd and a dachshund, and has worked at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens for 2 and 1/2 years.


Karleigh Smith

Veterinary Assistant

Karleigh has been a member of the staff at Lewis Animal Hospital since 2017. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Cincinnati.

Karleigh has volunteered with the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Greater Cincinnati in their Pet Support Program. She also gained experience in the veterinary field when she shadowed at an emergency clinic and at Red Wolf Sanctuary. Karleigh is the proud owner of the cutest cat in the world named Tippy.


Karmyn Lang

Veterinary Assistant

Karmyn graduated from high school and is working towards a degree at the University of Cincinnati. Before joining the staff at Lewis Animal Hospital, Karmyn worked as a pet store associate, a waitress, and a cashier. Karmyn has a boyfriend, Joey G., and she has a dog named Oreo.


Kellie Smith

Veterinary Assistant

Kellie was in the top ten of her graduating class at Pendleton County High School in Kentucky. She is currently enrolled in the Pre-Vet medical program at Northern Kentucky University. She plans to attend Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Kellie has been a member of the staff at Lewis Animal Hospital for more than a year. She has additional work experience in the veterinary field including two to three years of shadowing/volunteering at the Grants Lick Animal Hospital. She also worked at the Regal movie theater for two years.

Kellie lives with her parents and three siblings. Their pet family includes four dogs, Pugsley, Charo, Harley, and Scooby, and two cats, Pops and Pinky. A fun fact about Kellie is that she used to participate in karate! In her spare time, she enjoys singing and reading.


William Walkiewicz

Veterinary Assistant

William is a graduate of Purcell Marian High School. He is a dedicated worker, showing interest in all animals no matter the size or temperament. His grandmother, Toni, one of our receptionists, introduced him to the Lewis Animal Hospital staff. He has one dog and one cat.


Bobbie Brown

Groomer

Bobbie attended Western Hills High School in Cincinnati. She graduated from Pet Smart’s Grooming School in Columbus, Ohio. Bobbie has extensive experience working with animals. Prior to joining the staff at Lewis Animal Hospital, she worked at PetSmart, PetSuites, PetWow, and the Aussie Pet Mobile. Bobbie has one daughter, three grandsons, and two dogs.
